Don't know if this has been posted or not but it's interesting.

Google Earth Sights (http://www.metacafe.com/watch/371461/unbelievable_sights_of_google_earth/)

What's with all the SR-71's (I think that's what they're called) around the 5 minute mark?

And I have no idea if all of this is real.

Mine plays for a few minutes, then quits.

Very good stuff, though.

Thanks for sharing.

Pretty cool.

What is up with that building that is in the shape of a shwastika, around the San Diego area? Around the 3:40 to 3:45 mark.

I bet it was built before WWII. Before Hitler, I don't think the swastika had the same connotation that it does today.

Thanks for sharin..

if you download google earth, you can scan around the globe on your own. And it looks alot better than the video.

That's pretty cool.

But don't those farmers in England have something else to do besides making crop circles?

That's true, the quality is way better. But I could never find that kind of stuff just browsing around.

Didn't it have some sort of meaning that was "peace" related? That's what I had been told before, don't know if it is true or not though...There are swastikas on the courthouse here in Birmingham...

Don't know. The way Hitler was, I figure maybe it's some sort of pagan symbol. It prolly wouldn't be too hard to look up,

Nope. In fact, it used to be the insignia for Oklahoma's own 45th Infantry Brigade. If memory serves, it was the same red diamond with gold crest, but with a swastika instead of the thunderbird we see today. Upon the fall of the Weimar Republic and the rise of the Nazi party in Germany, it only seemed right to give the 45th's swastika a pitch out the window and adapt the t-bird which adorns it now.
