No, not from my butt in a hot-tub...

"Bloop", a sound that traveled thousands of miles under the Pacific Ocean in the summer of 1997, and scientist really don't know wtf it is:

ETA - the most eerie noise I've ever heard was a recording of the 2003 Tsunami underwater.
