Is that what that lil metal thingy is for ,you know that thing that looks like fence gate ? hell Ive gotta coupl didnt have a clue .
when I make a pie Yup from scratch , I just set it on top of the stove

it's a trivet. since my countertops are cheap *** linnoleum, I can't sit hot things on em.

A motorcycle forum that I am on has Pie Runs on the last Saturday of each month. We rotate around the state and all meet somewhere for lunch and pie, we usually average between 50-70 people. This month is in Lake Fork (http://www.lakeforkmarina.com/mosersrestaurant.htm), even a few Okies make it down for some of them.
