It is truly sad what happened to Andre Waters. I would love to see some more research on this topic. I personally think there is more to it than just concussions. I really think that pro athletes live such an exciting life stye that it is mentally difficult to get excited about life after sports. I wonder if there isn't an effect there similar to the one that occurs with elderly people who get put into nursing homes and deteriorate physically and mentally faster than they should. I guess I am just kind of wondering out loud.
