Champagne Drinkers of the SO

While watching the Golden Globe Awards I noticed the celebs drinking mini bottles of Champagne right out of the bottle. The bottles had a little clear plastic or glass object shoved down into the neck of them so that the celebs would not be viewed as trashy or with out class. Anyone know what they are called? I have searched and I have no clue at all.

New Years I drank right out of the big bottles. When you don't share your booze you can do that. :D
