This kid had promise as an OL. I thought he was still on the team? What happened to this guy? I think he had some kind of ailment (undisclosed?), but traveled to the Fiesta Bowl. Anybody know what his future is?

Last little blurb I'd seen during the Fiest Bowl week was that he traveled with the team to AZ, and that his future was still uncertain due to medical reasons...yes, I brought nothing to the table..

I'll tell you this much: his first name is Ben. And I heard from a friend that his last name is Baressi. Hope that helps a little. I'll see what else I can dig up.

Apparently it's an issue that they either don't want to or can't (HIPPA) disclose.

Either way, he's still on scholly which (if it's an injury or illness) is the right thing to do.

He's fun to party with.

Was that the guy who sat next to Dixie Normus in economics?

His brother I believe had some similar problems at Arizona but I could be hearing wrong on that. His dad was a member of the 1974 or 1975 national championship team. His mother was my dental hygienist for over 10 years and does a remarkable job; she was also at my baptism. A great classy family and I hope both Ben and his bro get back on track.

He's from my hometown, but went to a different high school. He also started high school after I finished. YWIA

Better that than elephantitis of the nuts

"Claire, would you date a guy if he had elephantitis of the nuts?"

Well, that's my ingredient for the Brings Nothing Stew. Unless you want some of this week-old celery I'm hanging onto ...
