I am flying to Dallas next month and will be staying in Addison for 7 nights. Can somebody tell me about the area? I would like to know what there is to do at night, a SUnday during the day and a Friday night.
Thanks a head of time.

If you wait 9 months, you might be able to catch the OU/texass game.

The Cavanuagh Flight Museum has a bunch of air planes and things from the first World War through the Viet Nam War.
If you like to ice skate they have a place called The Rink. A hockey team plays there too.

Screw the restuarants. Spend all of your time and money at the Flying Saucer drinking beer.

I know a really hot girl named Addison.
I realize this doesn't help, but any time someone asks for something fun to do in Addison, I giggle a little.

I hear South Dallas is really the place to be around midnight.
Just make sure you have lots of cash on you.

I am actually staying at Comfort Suites on Belt Line. That is about 3 miles from the mall I hear.

I was there last night - LOTS of hops-related options if you are so inclined. There's about eleventy brazilian different beers on tap, I went with the Sierra Nevada. Big 'uns.
On a related note, this morning I found the four pounds I had lost through working out nearly every day for the past couple of weeks.
And jk is right, all up and down Belt Line are options for dining/drinking, there's even a comedy club that's pretty close to the Comfort.
PM jk for directions.

It's about three miles from the Galleria. It's not what it used to be, though.
(shameless plug alert)
If you want a place to hang out, come down to the bar I work at in the Uptown area, about fifteen minutes away. Cold beer, good food, and plenty of scenery.

Exactly, you have enough bad karma points from being a whorn, don't compound the offense.

Why does a whorn have green spek?

Thanks, but I like my beer a bit stronger. :D
In all seriousness, we have a huge OU contingent that hangs there on a regular basis. Our softball team is made up of mostly Sooners.

How can a person be "mostly Sooner"? :D
