Ok guys.

I worked in Norman til June 30th and paid state income taxes up til then.

As of July 7th, I went into the Air Force and, being a Texass resident, no more state income taxes were taken out of that paycheck.

Does Oklahoma have a partial year resident tax return form? Can I fill it out on Turbo Tax (or equivalent)?

Oklahoma will be expecting your tax return since you had withholding. However, you would have to file to get a refund, if any, anyway.
