Can you change a Video WMV file to MPEG4? I made a video with Microsoft Movie Maker and I want to put it on youtube and it has to be a MPEG4 file. Can I change it?

I have a different video editor on my dead computer, but it would convert them when I would do a Save As.

I think WinAVI will do that conversion.

It shouldn't have to be mpeg4. It just says that's the best for their conversion. May just take a little longer to get processed if you upload it as a wmv file.

Videos saved with the following settings convert the best:

* MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
* 320x240 resolution
* MP3 audio
* 30 frames per second framerate
