Seriously though if it doesn't have to be a congressmen, your aunt the judge would seem to do well. She might know a few. I think if you just write them a letter (congressmen/women) they'll help you out.

I knew a guy in the ECP program that had a letter from a SC congressman and the Capt read it out loud laughed and said wtf is this guy.
