View Full Version : Slickgrandmother fell - prayer request

She's 93, and has cracked 2-3 lumbar veterbra. She's in a lot of pain, and may not leave the hospital.

Say a prayer for her please, she's a great ol' gal.

She's the only grandmother I ever knew, my Dad's mother was killed in a car wreck when I was 6 weeks old.

Sorry Slick, My prayers are on the way and I pray they will help her suffering and pain. My moms been having the same falling and getting injured problems in the last year and she's much younger and my dad's is very ill and close to passing as Booger mentioned in a previous post. I think this is going to be sad and eventful year for the IB and Boogercounty families.

Well, her vitals are good, but her mind had checked out. She's talking to people that are not there, talking about dead people, really strange stuff.

I suspect she'll spend the rest of her days in a nursing home. :(

I will continue to pray for her and your family. My Great Grandmother fell and broke her hip, went through some ruff spots, and lived to be 100 years old.

Strange things happen, when you turn things over to the man upstairs.
