If I gave a rat's butt about what others said about our program...I'd be a sorry*** excuse for a fan.

I'm sad about the loss, but I'm surprisingly calm and happy despite it.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...some people will rag on us forever and a day, neither giving us credit for being Oklahoma, nor giving Boise State the credit for being Boise State - a hella better football team than anyone but themselves thought.

Excuses, woulda-coulda-shouldas, and blaming Stoops, players and Gawd for silly things I've seen on this board since last night, demeans both programs. I'm not saying fans shouldn't be upset at a loss after such a comeback season, nor am I saying things shouldn't be looked at and improved. But really, some of y'all sound like the football program just got cancelled and the team got sent to Bora Bora to align with bin Laden.

Dayum, that last hour of football WAS college football at some of its finest. I'm still smiling. Bent, but unbowed. Sad but thankful - and yes, happy.

I'm PROUD to be a Sooner, just as always. Those of you who aren't...well...bless your hearts.

Somebody at home hug the team for me when they come back. They DO deserve it. I'm gonna miss PT. That kid is somethin' special. Thank you, Paul, for 2006!
