sprained my ankle this evening

initial pain was so bad I nearly threw up. not to worry though, sprained and broken ankle is old hat to me.

laced the shoe tighter and kept stacking.:D :(

me too. I think I played 4 or 5 times all of '06. Last time I played was probably August.

no x-ray needed. I've had enough sprains and broke my left ankle (in 3 places) to know if it's a fracture or not.
It's already better, just swollen and I just now took my tightly laced shoe off.

it reminded me of a funny instance when my high school buddy sprained his one time. we had a few drinks and I dropped him off at his folks house. he sprained it just walking through his lawn. heh. of course he was 6'5" 250 at the time.:D
