Yet another remake of a horror film. The original came out just 20 years ago. That may sound like a long time to most peeps, but I remember seeing it in the theaters! The original was pretty good, despite Pony Boy. This one can't be any better.

Don't forget the recent remakes of Black Christmas and When A Stranger Calls, not to mention Rob Zombie's remake of the original Halloween.

Mark my words, in another six months someone's gonna announce a remake of Saw.

I saw the trailer for The Hitcher the other night. That movie is supposed to be C Thomas Howell, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Rutger Hauer. Any other combination is wrong. Any of you yahoos see the made-for-TV followup that came out a few years ago with Howell? I watched it for about 10 minutes and gave up.
