View Full Version : OU Logo and Color Scheme Proudly Displayed in Omaha

I thought you guys might enjoy this. I am a systems engineer in Omaha, NE and program internal applications for a marketing company. I changed the color scheme and inserted an OU logo into the main application today. Everyone uses this application and they are 99% Husker fans. Needless to say, it won't come down until after the Fiesta Bowl. Just my way of celebrating!

Here is a small shot of the logo. It is hidden among other icons. I wonder how long it will take for the first person to notice?

I work in Tulsa, my job mainly is distressing on cabinets and mantles etc. making things look old world. I occasionaly put the OU logo carved somewhere hard to find, but always on an aggie or whorn fans kitchen. Glad I'm not the only one. BOOMER!!!

If by senority, you mean job title - then yes, I am a senior systems engineer. If you mean by time with the company, then no - I have only been here three months. However, I felt this was well worth the risk.

Mr. J - probably at home since my wife is due any day now and we have a 2 1/2 year old at home. I know the Sooner Club in Omaha is getting together. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is at the Brazen Head off of Dodge Street. We got an e-mail awhile ago, but I deleted it.

Heh...that reminds me of the time when I hid a little gadget that played Boomer Sooner everytime light hit it in my Boss's office. He is a Whorn fan....tee hee....he tore his office up looking for it.
