And welcome to the AZ! OU flies in today and they could not have picked a more gorgeous Phoenix day. The cold weather is gone...I actually saw snow here on Friday...and it is clear skies and shorts weather. Can't wait to see these guys!

Practice tomorrow at Pinnacle High School in Scottsdale. 11:40 a.m.

Who's gonna meet me there? I'll be the guy in the OU shirt!

I checked on soonersports.com. The first few days practice is only open for the first 15 minutes so I am going to wait and go around 2 when practice is done. Hoping to get some pics with the kid and AD. And by "the kid" I mean "ME!!!!".

Will be going by Tilted Kilt tomorrow. Doesn't matter anyway. If we don't let them know we will just take over the place around 4. But I will let them know.

And yes, Boones...some of us don't have grapefruit martinis at our disposal, but BY GOD we got OU's football team practicing in our backyard!!!

Staying at the Fairmont.. Nice.. Proberly the nicest place they will stay all year.

But Pinnacle High is according to Google is in Mesa (Yuck)

Why would they travel to crappy Mesa from North Scottsdale?

Heh. Are they trying to make all the hillbillies feel at home? That map shows the location of all the trailer parks in Phoenix. :)
