They aren't divorced yet. Shes fighting it. Her attorney is dragging it on and on even though they had no children, were only married a little over 3 years and he gave her everything and kept the bills.

This brings up an interesting question. My ex is going through a divorce..she met another guy and they started dating after she and her husband separated. I think her husband claims she cheated on him, but she doesn't consider it cheating since they were/are separated. So, when you're married and you separate waiting for the divorce is it cheating?
