Is there a holiday going on today of which I'm unaware?

If its a holiday, could someone please tell me what its called? My friend went to pay his county taxes. The place was closed. I tried to do some inquiring on the phone myself with a county office, but nobody's answering. :confused:

Festivus: Those attending participate in the "Airing of Grievances" in which each person tells each and everyone else all the ways they've disappointed him/her over the past year, and after a Festivus dinner, the "Feats of Strength" are performed. Traditionally, Festivus is not over until the head of the household is wrestled to the floor and pinned.

Tulsa Couny is closed today as well. Some gov't offices get two days off for Christmas, usually Christmas Eve and Christmas....I guess they chose to have theirs on Friday and Monday. Others will be closed Monday and Tuesday of next week.
