That's a good time. I love skiing that mountain. Haven't gone for a couple of years, but I really miss skiing.

Heh. I've taken a serious planter right about there. Had a defective Salomon 357 binding let go on me when I was catching an edge.

So I was going to sign paperwork on a big deal today. Like $10k in agency commission. However, while I was checking everything, I noticed that one of the coverages was written as ACV instead of RC. Now, I had submitted the app as RC, and previous correspondence had indicated RC, but the final quote sheet indicated ACV. Just so I could confirm that the ACV was a typo, I called my surplus lines broker in Denver to get things straightened out before I bound coverage. Their dang office was closed.

At least the client was pretty cool about it. In fact, they thanked me for the attention to detail. :will:

Hey, it's good you caught it.

They probably wont be open until Friday from what I'm reading about the current conditions there though, since it supposed to snow into Thursday.

Frozen Sooner

Yeah, I'm glad I caught it as well. Just my luck that they'd bind coverage and suffer a loss. Yay! Froze has an E&O claim! Expiring coverage is good until the 20th of next month, so that's OK-of course, the Worker's Comp is up on the 31st and there's a problem with that as well (which is all on AIG and not me-their underwriting software is messed up.)

Crazy that Denver can't get the roads plowed. They must have painted an endzone across the street or something.

updated snow is 18 inches in Denver today (according to weather channel's site)

How much you get up there today?

Frozen Sooner
12/20/2006, 08:43 PM
Um. A lot. Not sure. There's a weather advisory in effect. I know Valdez got 21 inches yesterday, and that's just over the mountains.

uh, you're flying to Arizona soon

on the somewhat decent side, I am posting for the Singapore Airlines lounge in Incheon. I have access to the United Premiere lounge when I get to San Fran which includes breakfast and shower. I think I might be needing it too.

I don't beleive it's closed right now.

I will say this. There will be a Friday morning drunkytown thread if my flight from San Fran to Denver is delayed tomorrow. I will proceed to get **** faced in the United Premiere lounge.

Do you realize how infinitely small a point is? How can you close an interstate at one point?

soonerboomer93
12/21/2006, 09:35 PM
It may have been on Tuesday or Wednesday, I'm not sure, it doens't affect my travel

yermom

a point in time ;)

but any distance of closure could be a Beyonce trying to get to Arizona... i'm not sure how much fun a detour would be

Seconded. Unfortunately, mine broke. I'm using Shures now.
