When I first heard about this I thought it sounded ridiculous but the with the reviews being as positive as they've been, I'm intrigued. Let us know what you think, CVS.

Will do. I was in from the first teaser trailer. I can't not see it. Those movies were right when I was growing up. Now, I feel sorry for my brother. He was always Drago. :D

Instead of Rocky V, I wish Clubber Lang could've fought Ivan Drago instead.:( Then they could've got a rematch with Rocky in Rocky VI.

I really liked it.

A little cheesy at times, but they did a really good job of making Rocky the aging lovable lug. Slow, but not dumb.

The movie isn't about the fight as much as the story that leads to the fight. The training and the fight are probably only the last 20 mins of the movie. I can see why some said it was the best "movie" in the series since Rocky.

Best part was the guy who attended the film as Rocky. Complete with boxing shoes, trunks, robe, hand wraps and a bloody towel.

Sounds like it mirrors Rocky then. People think of Rocky as being a boxing movie but the boxing aspects of it had a smaller percentage of the screen time than people remember.

Stallone was put on earth to be one character, and that character is Rocky Balboa. Simple as that. Also, it's too bad they had to use a blown-up light heavy as his foe. Having to dump all that weight killed Tarver against Glen Johnson.

So that's a thumbs up?

Ah, I see, European. :D

It's not Stallone's fault that the heavyweight class is full of hacks and bums. Mickey would be proud :)
