That vehicle is supposed to be able to off road. It's got a a mile of ground clearance and ginormous balloon tires. I think you can safely take the kajillion speed bumps in the park without coming to a dead stop at each one. Same goes for all you soccer moms in your Tahoes and Suburbans and Navigators and Explorers and stuff. (And the guy in the Ford F-350!) Trust me your vehicles can handle it; get a move on or trade the monster in for a VW bug.

Hey, I'll tear my vehicle up doing stuff I want to do. I'm not wasting my suspension on speed bumps. If you're in such a hurry you should have left the house earlier.

I like seeing an old klunker (maybe a Chevy Celebrity or a Buick Skylark) taking a speed bump at 20-25 mph and the whole apparatus sounds like it's falling apart. Stuff falls off, maybe not.

If you have any of the above mentioned vehicles, you can take a speed bump at 10 mph. It won't f your suspension.
