how much fun it is to work in a claims center right before christmas

the number of folks who want their money RIGHT NOW, or folks who didnt pursue their claim a year ago....all of a sudden want their money RIGHT NOW

I'd want my money right now too. For me, insurance is just a big savings account cuz I pay premiums all the time. When something happens, I want my money back, b*tch.
