So I was on the Bronco board and there was talk of the WAC having 5 of their 9 teams in the bottom 25 of all D1 football teams. I tried to research it but could not find out if this is true. If it is............................................wow they won 5 CCG in a row. An accomplishment...I think not. PLEASE Bronco fans, enlighten me.

my friend is a TU fan and well they broke top 25 this year...but up until they got their new coach Tulsa had something like a 48 game losing streak starting in like 1995 or something...and for all of those years they were ranked THE WORST team in college football. ouch.

keeping in mind they just switched divisions a recently

Speaking of BS...

There's not much in that post that's true. 48 game losing streak? Worst in college football since 1995? Recently switched divisions? No.

As far as wins and losses, they have 4 in the bottom 22.

my friend is a Tulsa diehard. yes, they recently went from WAC to....whatever they are now. I said "something like a 48 game losing streak". I dont know the exact amount. They were worst is NCAA for a few years.

Again, no they weren't. Your "diehard" Tulsa friend needs to be more informed about his favorite team.

TU was pretty bad under Burns, but they weren't the "worst", they were in the same group with Rice, SMU and others. They did move from the WAC to Conference USA and won the C-USA championship last year which I think was their first year in C-USA.

48 games would be at least 4 years, living in T-town i think i might remember that. It never happened. You may be thinking of another team in the state of Oklahoma that had a long streak like that...but they were wins.

From 2001 to 2002 they lost 17 in a row. I guess 17 is "something like 48".

1/3 constitutes as "something like" I believe. Perhaps not.
