Thanks to the makers of this site for the info and the pic.

The State Fair of Texas was loud. Surrounding the Cotton Bowl, the fair draws thousand of people. Including a father and his son. But, it wasn't the fair they were there for. No, it was the heated rivalry between Oklahoma and Texas.
The crowd erupted, the game was over. The shotguns fired. Fans were screaming. The Longhorns marched their depressed team up the tunnel of shame.
"I remember those guys," said the boy.
"Yes, son, the RUF/NEKS."
"I know, Daddy. What are the RUF/NEKS doing out there," questioned the boy as he pointed to the field of the Cotton Bowl.
"He is cutting the Silver Spurs' hair," replied the father.
"Why?"
"I'll tell you, son."

"Long ago there was a king. The king had everything that could be desired and all the people were jealous of him. It was tradition in his land that the son, born to a king would not cut his hair. And so, all kings had long strands of hair. This king, exceptionally arrogant, had golden locks of hair, longer than any before him. He worshipped his hair, spending day and night grooming. So much attention was spent on his hair that he neglected his people."

"One day the king and his royal friends were traveling through a forest when they came upon a group of men. The king told the peasants to move out of his way. But the men refused. The arrogant king and his friends began to make fun of the group, laughing and calling them names."

"One of the group called out: 'If you wish to pass here, you must pay us a tribute.'"

"The king laughed and said he would pay nothing. But the men would not let the king pass. And a battle ensued. The group of men, called RUF/NEKS, fought the rich king and friends, the Silver Spurs, until night fell upon the trees. The king, realizing that he could not defeat the men, called for peace. He offered the men trunks of gold. But the men refused it. The king offered the men all the gold in his country, anything they wanted. The men again refused."

"'What is it that you want,' cried the king."
"'Your hair,' replied the men."
"The king refused. So the battle continued. Again the king stopped the fighting and asked for peace. However, the men would only accepted the king's beloved hair. The king finally gave in. And there, on the battlefield, the king of the Silver Spurs gave his hair to the RUF/NEKS, and returned home, to his kingdom, penniless, shamed, and without a strand of hair on his head."
