It's about time, more than anything it handcuffed innovative young farmers and the disabled farmers who wanted to continue.

I don't know...Anything to help out the "family" farm/ranch is good to me. I see the arguement against this amendment, however. What we need to do is to stop the subsidies for the large corporate farms - somehow.
