So I have recently begun taking a magnesium supplement as part of my daily supplement regime. It has an interesting side of effect of giving you crazy, extremly vivid dreams all the time, and it improves your sleep quality. Does anyone else do this?

are you sure it isn't peyote?

It hasn't caused any wet dreams for me, being as I have never had one.

I can't really say. I'd say I don't dream, but that isn't right. I'd say I don't remember my dreams, but the ones I do, are pretty vivid.

I know my wife at times has vivid and unsettling dreams, I just attributed them to her artistic nature and that she worries a lot...

It's not the magnesium. It's just that coincedentally, your ESP has kicked in at the same time.
