The first hanging Video screen in Football. That's just sick!!! I will HAVE to a attend a game there. I went to this years OSU/Texas game (yeah I know). One of the big motivators was seeing the godzillatron. From the other side of the stadium, that thing was still huge. If that thing was big, then I can't imaging what this thing will be like.

It'll be hung 100 feet above the playing surface.

Not likely that it'll ever get hit.

Do any of you realize that there is a huge decrease in the restroom facilities? As in 100 stalls/urinals. With the increase in the snack bars, the decrease in restroom facilities is already under fire by some of the locals.

did ya notice the end zone areas that can be configured with whatever Jerry wants? (fair rides, corny dogs, fried twinkies)

where did you see those numbers, I have been looking.

I found this:

Amenities and Restrooms
The stadium features 286 concession points as well as more than 1,600 toilets. Some of the restrooms will be reversible based on the needs of the event.

Texas Stadium has 1,711 toilets. That could be attributed to the 180 less suites.

here is a link with Old vs. New.

I haven't heard anyone complaining about it though.

I found this:

But have no idea how many were in Texas Stadium.

I saw that also... But never saw numbers on what texas stadium has. I think the numbers are off by either not including suites, in TS, or Jerry world.

When does the Fiesta Bowl contract run out in Arizona? This places needs to be the site of the Big 12 BCS bowl.

jerry should've built this thing on the outskirts of DFW. then on M-F he could rent it out as the main terminal. :D

Future Jerry also said:

"uuuh, I look forward to hosting many ... uuuh... college football playoff and championship games, especially those between the Sooners of ....uuuh... Oklahoma and my Razorbacks of Arkansas....SSSSSSUUUUUUU PIG!!!"

Doesn't Texas Stadium already host HS State Title games? I wonder if there's any chance of that new stadium ever hosting them. Can't imagine what that'd be like to walk into and play in as a HS kid.

yes, the new one will also...

They aren't played at the Cotton Bowl because of the area around it.

Some of the classes play in Texas Stadium along with the Alamodome, Reliant has the large class games. DKR has some of the preliminary playoff games along with Jones and I am sure other places scattered around the state. When the classes are broken into different divisions it makes for a bunch of games.

God thought that Texas Stadium was getting too old for his personal toliet, so Jeery Jones has to build Him a new, $1 billion dollar one, with the hole and everything.

The video center will allow fans on all levels to view the game in crisp, clear images during the game. This will create a premium on the value of the upper-level seats and make the game more exciting for all fans.

Translation: Even the nosebleed seats will cost $120. :texan:
