Brokeback some llama

I read a story in the Stockman's Journal about how llamas are gradually stepping up as an alternative meat source for healthy eaters, but with their lighter bone structure, they have problems injuring stock with the heavier equipment designed for large cattle.

Anyone here ever eat llama meat?
