It really is one of the most depressing days of the year. Not only no OU football, but it is the first college football free Saturday since September 2nd and it will remain as such for the next 9 months. Oh, sure...we have bowl games, but I freaking love college football Saturday's! All of it!

Tomorrow? No dice. Nothing. And that sucks.

I'm going to reintroduce myself to my children. I wonder if they've grown much.

You can watch an award show where once again the best player in college football is left sitting at home.

I have a paintball tournament then I will probably go out tommorrow night and party. I suggest you drink. Then it will be as close to a normal gameday w/o the game.

Scottie Reynolds said you guys love basketball..

"(The crowd) was on me. That was kind of cool. It just shows how much they care about their basketball."

Kind off the subject, but with the 6A High School playoffs tonight, does anyone have any info on the Sooner commit from Enid, Austin Box? Stats, size, general info? Any other commit info would be welcome as well.

Go see some good 2A state semifinal games.
Vian plays Davis at Putnam City High and Spiro faces Millwood at Tulsa East Central, both kick off at 1:30 p.m.
I'll be at the Vian game, BTW.

I hate to spoil the Heisman show for everyone, but it's about as predictable as going to see Titanic. Troy Smith wins...so why watch? Oh, you want to see if Billy Sims is going to belt out some comment when he isn't being interviewed and has no microphone...again!

I may not even get out of bed.
Well, I ought to get a tree and put up the lights before it's too late.
I guess it's pretty bad when you can't even look forward to Christmas because you'd rather watch college football.

I could watch if there were some suspense like last year. I really didn't know between Bush or Vinnie. I suspected Bush because he played for the #1 team and was I was correct. The Heisman winner usually plays for the #1 team.

This year, there's no doubt. Smith has been getting all the hype since the preseason and they're #1.

Hmmm ... unless I want to end up in the hospital, I can't imagine mine doing that from 9am until midnight ... which is the equivalent time from when CF Gameday begins until the end of the last highlight of the day ...
