the Communist Manifesto isn't a blueprint for autonomous government like the Constitution.....it's a polemic against the social relation of the capitalist economy--owner/worker. the latter sells his wage labor to the property owner etc. it also describes the destructive/exploitive nature of the capitalist economy as a need to always expand to keep growth as a imperative.

as often as you declaim against "socialism" it would be more interesting if you actually knew what it was.
