i am about to start back up on my masters degree....and have learned that i'm eligible for the hazlewood act - which basically pays for my tuition 100% - catch is that i have to go to a state taxpayer funded school

any suggestions on where?

Just so I know, does the Hazlewood Act allow you to consume massive quantities of gin while piloting an oil tanker?

GRE is cheaper.

I didn't have that option, so I took the GMAT.

In a nutshell, buy some books. Specifically the Princeton Review and the Kaplan book for whichever test you take.

The Princeton Review book really helped and the Kaplan book came with timed tests on a CD.

JK, my oldest just got his acceptance letter for the MBA program at UTD. They just have to verify his undergrad degree (Also UTD, last May - welcome to the bureaucratic world of UTD).

Advice:
Get everything in writing, with signatures. They make a lot of mistakes in credits and schedules.
Check out the schedules carefully. Some classes are only offered in one of the three semesters.
Follow the parking and speed limits signs carefully. They make a fortune off of your mistakes.

UTD pulls in some great speakers. The CFO for the Cowboys is a huge Sooner fan as his son went to OU.
You will be able to brag about the chess and hockey teams.
