Depends on your definition of "better". Bomar has all the tangible attributes to make a great QB. We'll never know about the intangibles but it didn't look good. The kid has a lot of immaturity and selfishness to get over before he can be the QB most of us wanted him to be.

Bomar had more talent than PT, but seemed to be a prima donna and a cancer.

However had RB stayed we'd have a solid QB for 2 more years. Maybe he would have grown up who knows.

I'm not upset over the trade, I think PT has done great this year.

I saw a kid that was groomed to be a Great QB but protected his whole life. He left Ma/Pa and had no idea how to handle the situation. His comp. nature got the best of him. Or maybe his was just Pond Scum to begin with! I have no idea.
