Hey, I am a poor a$$ OU senior in the need for a cheap place to stay around Phoenix on the 31st and 1st. It is kinda hard to tell how nice some of these places are from the interweb. I normally wouldn't really care, but the girlfriend is coming with me, so it needs to be somewhere half-way clean. So if any of you folks who are from around the area could give me some ideas of resonabley nice places that are also resonabley cheap, please let me know.

If things go the way I think they are, we're going to the game. My husband has family here in town that plan on giving us tickets as Christmas presents. Now if I can find a babysitter...

I was thinking maybe staying in Flagstaff on the 31st so I don't have to drive straight from Norman to Phoenix all at once anyway. Are Hotels any cheaper up there?

Flagstaff hotels are cheaper, but you could run into some bad weather.

Yeah, I could come in from the south just to be safe, what about Tucson?

Tucson will probably set you back the same, plus the drive on I-10 is not a fun one.
