the body of the victim...was found in the vehicle that was reported hijacked or stolen...in custody at this time is...the boyfriend of...(and) the mother of the victim. We believe evidence is gonna show that these 2...caused the death of this young fellow...

Basically, the mother and her boyfriend somehow killed the boy, and to cover it up, they staged a kidnapping.

Today it comes out that this boy was beaten to death because he brought home a bad progress report :mad:
