I'm getting hungry. Whats for dinner? I need some suggestions. Other than me getting a lady to do the cooking.

I went on a chili kick a few weeks ago. Made several batches of it. Kinda burnt out on it for a little while. It might be a Big Mac and McRib evening. But I'm in the mood to make something.

Helishki.

Ingredients: Cabbage, brautwurst, onions, pasta, butter, salt, pepper

Okay.....boil the pasta, we use the spiral looking kind. Cook the brats, per their own directions. Take a stick of butter in a good size pan, melt it, sautee the cabbage and onions in that. I like it cut into large pieces myself, but you could do it however you like. Also, don't cook it until it's all soft and mushy, again a personal preference, but I like it to be a little "undercooked". Not raw, but not "too" done either. Salt and pepper the cabbage, cut up the brats into 1/2" to 1" pieces and combine with the cabbage and onions and pasta. Season to taste.
