STILLWATER — Oklahoma State University administrators are considering proposals to make the campus tobacco-free and requiring a wellness course aimed at teaching healthy lifestyles.

I would be willing to bet that over 80% of all guys either smoke, chew or dip...........and over 50% of the girls shave....I mean dip or need to be dipped....whatever

If they pass this, they will definitely be the healthiest campus in America.
They will also have an enrollment smaller than TU or Rice.
Dippin' is the main reason about 95% of those guys go to OSU.
