We're just going to have to wait until after the bowl to figure out who hasn't played. Tennell had gotten into a game earlier in the year, though.

Soonersports.com has Caleb listed as playing in 9 games. Probably most of it was special teams. I do remember seeing him taking snaps at WR early in the season, but no catches. Quinton Carter made an appearance in 4 games.

Johnathan Nelson and Eric Mensik are also redshirts.

Cory Brandon saw spot duty this season I think.

Also Ryan Reynolds saw special teams duty as a freshman, but i guess since he didnt play this year I guess you are right

Yep. Ryan is using a redshirt this year. He would have been starting in Latimer's spot otherwise.
