..what the hell all this stuff on Hawai'i's field is? Seriously, this is embarrassing for a D-1 program.

Nobody can eat enough hot dogs to generate the wrappers like the paper blizzard that is blowing around on that field. Maybe a toilet paper truck overturned.....

My Hawiian friend that I was watching the game with theorized that it has to with a combination of mass sushi consumption and the crazy swirling wind.

have you seen the size of some of the natives that live there? i would believe hot dog wrappers

Might be spam wrappers. Hawai'i is #1 in per capita AND overall spam consumption.
