My Wife was in the oSu band that night and a good friend of ours was in the OU Band that night. Both have vivid memories of how cold it was.

I spent the night in my car on the turnpike that night as it was too icey to make it back to Tulsa. A victory over the pokes can keep one warm for over 24 hours .

I had friends who were osu fans who said osu would have won if it wasn't so cold and icy. That just goes to show you younger OU fans, yes, osu fans were dumb back then too.:D

But holding OU to 13 points, and not freezing to death were great moral victories for the pokes:D
