Hey guys, hope all is well with you all. Go Sooners! Always great to play you guys because you are one classy program.

The reason I am writing this time, is to tell you guys that Bob Stoops has been mentioned in the rumor column many times over the past couple of weeks as being a possible candidate for the Bama job.

I just wondered if you guys have heard this, and what your thoughts are.

Actually, I believe that Saban will give up Miami by the end of this season and head to Bama, because that's what the most reliable TiderInsider forum members are hinting at, but of course I don't know the whole story.

Thanks a bunch.

The Bama head coaching job is a great job, but so is Oklahoma. You never know but IMO, not going to happen.

To pay Bob - payoff all your other coaches - Buy out stoops contract - and Give him a raise..... ???

I don't think so.....

Not heard this one but I doubt Bob would turn down Ohio State, Florida and the Cleveland Browns to stay at Oklahoma but decides to go to Bama. I know you guys have a good thing down there but this one is just another bunk rumor.

We paid CMS $4 million, and offered Spurrier $4.2 million/year over 7 years. I don't think money is an issue right now.

no doubt. Haven't heard his name mentioned since he left Carolina.
