I nearly blew chunks in the shower tonight!

What do you do to settle your stomach?

Right now, I'm sipping on some Sprite.

Stay hydrated. I had food poisoning a few weeks ago and blew chunks every hour on the hour, and your body gets completely dehydrated. Of course though you always throw up what you drink.

I spit up in the shower. I guess you can call it one upchuck.

Some sardines and krackers would probably help.

Dude~!

Bebop yo' a55 down to the corner pharmacy and buy a bottle of Emetrol(TM)
It will shut the pukies down PDQ. It's an OTC so no 'scription needed...and it works!
Fergit the home remedies.
