The guy paid $18,000 to remove the tree and replace it with a smaller one just to build a house on the lot. Sheesh. If the people next door didn't like it, they should have bought the lot. A prime example of "I don't want you to do what you want to do with your own land." Glad they lost. Put up or shut up, enviroweenies.
