I just heard that the Lowered Expectations State President is sending out Christmas Cards that on the inside say "Season's Greetings, from the STATE'S university".

If there is a bigger case of penis envy in the country, I haven't seen it. They want to be OU so bad it's crazy. Who is the marketing genius that came up with that slogan?

I guess "we're better than you think we are" was already taken? Or "It doesn't ALWAYS smell that way".
