People think it makes them feel better, so who am I to argue?
Unless you have low B12 levels, you shouldn't need it, but it probably won't hurt anything to get one.

I got one like 20 years ago . . . it took a little while but I think it helped me out.

B12 is usually for the older crowd seeking more energy.

My mom gets them.
