Well, he's a stud and that's a coupe if Texas gets him. Silver lining: that would have to open the door further on us getting Chris Perry to go along with RJ.

They're HS teammates down in TX. RJ (DE) is currently the #1 recruit in the state and he committed to OU last week for the 2008 class. They were both at the TT game flashing the horns-down. Perry was a soft verbal to Miami, but it looks like he's opened it up again. He's currently the #25 DT on Rivals.

My contacts in Texas say we are recruiting Perry for the OL and he wants to play DT.
