Big XII Championship TIX

In our last few trips to the Big XII Championship game, we have been able to buy tickets right before the game for about $20. Sometimes at Arrowhead they have been even cheaper. Do you think it will be the same way this year, or will Nebraska bring so many fans that it won't happen like it has in the past?

It looks like it's going to be a tougher ticket this year, I looked for and got some really good tickets and they were just about as hard to find as OU-texass tickets this year.

Not sure if that's an indication of how many will be left or not, but Corn travels in droves - not going to be like playing CU and their 873 fans that show up.

we're in the nosebleed seats.....which is fine i guess, we'll be at the game....nebbish has known about this game for almost 3 weeks now, they will be there in full force......i dont think this will be such an easy ticket as in years past

In what seating area is OU receiving tickets? I bought through the OU ticket office. I know the seats range from $50.00-$80.00, with $80.00 being the Club Level. The tickets I paid for are $70.00 per seat, which may have been end zone corner in past years.

This should be a much harder ticket than the last time we played in the game since NU fans will be more excited due to the circumstance. If we were in the game or not, I like the fact that teams that did not meet in the regular season are meeting. Luckily, I had a room reservations since August, which I waited to release, but when I went on the website to release it Sunday since I decided not to go, it would not let me release it, so now I will use it I have a family rate at a Marriott property for $45.00 per night a few miles from the stadium. I always flew to the games in KC and Houston in the past, but will drive up this time.

The $70 tickets are lower section, $80 is club, $50 are uppers.

NORMAN — The University of Oklahoma announced Monday morning
that it has sold its entire allotment of nearly 8,500 tickets for this
Saturday's Dr Pepper Big 12 Championship game at Kansas City.

The Big 12 South Division champion Sooners will meet Nebraska in a 7
p.m., kickoff to decide the league's automatic berth into the Bowl
Championship Series.

A limited number of tickets are available through Ticketmaster at
1-800-676-5488 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

I just called the OSU tix office and the have 100 tickets available for 22,000 each plus 25,000 donation fee. With Stillwater anti OU tax the total 200,113 per tickets. Mr Holder sends he luck against Nebraska.

I’d imagine this year’s ticket will be hard to find for a good price outside the stadium just because it’s in KC and Nebraska is going to bring their fans.

This has been my history:
2000 OU v. Kstate in KC: Tickets all over the place. Prices were going for as low as $10
2001 Tejas v. Colorado in Dallas: Sold my BXII tickets online to a whorn fan for double face value.
2002 OU v. Colorado in Houston: Bought tickets from BXII office and people were literally giving away tickets outside the stadium.
2003 OU v. Kstate in KC: We could not find tickets outside the stadium for less than face and searched for several hours.
2004 OU v. Colorado in KC: We had free tickets and prices outside the stadium were <$20.

Ticketmaster only has singles in the upper level

Yesterday, they had multiple seats together in 300 levels in the corners, but no singles in the 200 or 300 levels.

My buddy and I are going. We got a pair in the club level (row 16) for around 85 a piece from a whorn.
