I thought it was a Pac-10 rule that Pac-10 refs do out of conference games held at home--at least that is the crap we got fed for the Oregon game.

Why does ND get Big 10 refs? Wonder if that was renegotiated after the debacle in Eugene.

They said on the tv coverage that they negotiated in this last contract that PAC 10 refs would do the game at South Bend and Big 10 refs the game at SC.

The current contract may have been negotiated before the Pac 10 installed the ref rule.
