That is due to air next week. I have given many interviews throughout the years but this was different.
We basically went over all the information that is out there regarding HDTVS etc

The internet is full of information some new , some old, some good, some bad, some from people who know what their talking about and those who think they know what they are talking about. It is confusing customers and has been a major problem.

A lot of folks come in wanting an education. They want to learn everything and it is a waste of time for the customer as well as others. Hold that response thought.

You don’t need to know all the facts and ins and outs of computing to make an educated decision on buying a computer. HDTV is no different. Here are some of the things we touched on and whatever you believe, this will make your shopping experience better.

1. The wrong thing to do is go in for an “education” at the opening of Black Friday. Many products are under cost and there are customers to process and get through.. The weekend of black Friday is not the weekend to go and expect a lot of time.

2. If you have restrictions in space, make sure you bring them into the store. It does no good to mention that you have restrictions and then not be able to provide the information. It makes one look stupid and the trip is fruitless.

3. If you are an Internet shopper, please feel free to come in and “look”. You will not be treated very well if you take up someone’s time and then want to bargain against the Internet. The retailers don’t want and are starting to ignore such requests, as margins get lower.

4. If you need your wife present to make a decision or need her permission. Bring her along otherwise again; it’s a waste of time.

5. For all folks from the Middle East and Asia, as retailers we understand that the culture is different across the pond. We know you like to take your time when shopping, and this may be different in your country but please listen. Do not interrupt when another customer is being taken care of, we will get to you asap. When the store is very busy, don’t ask for lengthy demonstrations because we know you like to do your homework and we cannot spend the time you require to attend to your every need when we are swamped. Also, we know you like to bargain. Save that bargaining until your ready to do something bargaining now for a purchase in the future is a waste of everyone’s time.

6. If you know you have bad credit don’t go in and take a lot of time and then
expect to finance the purchase. Most everyone knows whether they have good or
bad credit and the rules of lending don’t change for black weekend.
7. Be Patient if you looking to make a purchase. I promise we are trying to attend to
everyone as best is possible
Just some FYI for Black weekend have a great one.
