I didn't ask the meat processing place to make any jerky, but I do have a dehyrator and some sharp knifes around here.

You think the 'rump roast' is the best peice to cut the slices from?

What should I marinate it with?

Any other suggestions?

Jerk, I don't make a whole lot of Jerky but I may try this year, maybe this will help.

I made some with the elk meat. For the record, there IS such a thing as too much salt.
