I have a serious question for anyone who knows an IRS agent:

As we all know, osu's AD allocates donations among the home games so that each ticket reflects the "value" of that seat being equal to the non-donor price plus the extra value received in exchange for a donation (better seat, club-level benefits, etc.). Holder acknowledged this week that the value of the club-level seats is not $100, but $600, no debate. Shouldn't this mean that posse club donors should NOT be able to deduct their donations because the FMV of the tickets received is exactly equal to their donation + the cost of the ticket? The face value printed on the ticket says so.

Only lOSUr would screw their fans over on prices and jeopardize their tax deduction. Pure aggie.

Even Pat Jones voiced his opinion about how insane it is for osu to expand a stadium that they can't sell out now..and then raise ticket prices to boot.

other than coaching at osu, pat jones is a great guy and logical. call me crazy, but they might think about listening to him.

"if you build it, they still won't come."
